IGCSE grade boundaries
The minimum marks needed for each grade, taken from the official Cambridge (CAIE) and Edexcel threshold tables — 138 subjects across 568 exam series. The tables below show the latest published session for every subject; open a subject for its full history.
How to read these tables
Each figure is a minimum raw total, not a percentage — reach it and you get that grade. Boundaries are set after every series, so they move: a harder paper gets lower thresholds. Tiered subjects publish separate Core and Extended tables, and subjects with multiple paper variants publish one table per combination, so always use the option matching the papers you actually sat. The percentages here are the top and pass thresholds expressed as a share of the maximum mark, for the Extended tier where a subject is tiered.

When are IGCSE grade boundaries released?
Boards publish thresholds on results day for each series: the June series in mid August, the November series in mid January, and Cambridge's March series (India) in mid May. This site is updated from the official releases each time, so the newest tables appear here shortly after they go live. More on results day →
